Often times when times are difficult for us, we are bombarded with emotion trauma. If we do not have good virtues and cultivation we will be sucked into deep hole and have to rely on external thing to pull us out.

Someone who has good virtues, believe in righteous thing to do. Lend you some money, listen to your grievances. Sounds easy but most friends are not willing to spend time to listen to you or they do not know what is good advice to give you. Here comes the crucial thing, be your own good friend. Allow yourself to have time to know yourself, give yourself encouragement, pick yourself up. Let yourself rest. Don’t compare yourself with others. Accepting your shortcoming, don’t be ego of your ability. Be grateful to things that you have. Always spend some time with yourself.
