‘Don’t stop, move ahead. Work towards eradication of greed, hatred and delusion.’ This is such a wise teaching, had a good learning today in service Sunday. 

‘别停下来,继续前进。努力消除贪婪,仇恨和妄想。’这是一个明智的教导,今天在周日的服务中学习得很好。




‘What have we learned, we are all connected.  Prosper thy neighbour, we learn to live with less, we learn to live with simplicity, we learn a lot of compassion.’

我们学到了什么🤔,我们学会了減少欲望更好的生活,我们学会简单地生活,我们学习到要富有同情心。

During this long period of covid-19. It reminds us to go back with the community with compassion, connect and help others.  

在covid-19的漫长时期。它提醒我们以同情心回去与社区,建立联系并帮助他人。

Harnessing, collecting with Dhamma how do we know that there is such a thing as personal karma and universal karma. Each individual if they watch their own karma, that is all, even though we cannot change the entire world if others like me think like that and behave like that going to everybody, it will create a communal culture. It leads to Cosmo effect. If we do things right, if you don’t steal, you feel good yourself.  The more good you do, the more you benefit yourself. You do good, the good happen to you. Psychology you are a better person. With sila and samadhi and leads to panna. Then you will end with complete liberation. Maintain personal well being leads to good cosmic effect. More than anytime in history, are we able to answer it? Education cannot complete without human contact.  The more compassion and sentient beings to the purification. The better. When we act with wisdom, in the presence of non anger, non delusion, non greed, then we know it is wise behaviour.  Any human behaviour who act in these three , you will see good result of it. 

利用和佛法相处,那我们如何知道存在着诸如个人因果报应和普遍因果报应之类的事情。即使每个人看着自己的业力,也就是全部,即使如果像我这样的人那样思考并像每个人那样行事,我们也无法改变整个世界,但它将创造出一种公共文化。它导致宇宙效应。如果我们做正确的事情,如果您不偷盗,您会感到自己很好。您做得越好,您就越受益。你做得好,好事发生在你身上。心理上你是一个更好的人。与守戒和定禅并通往智慧解脱的道路。然后,您将获得完全的解放。保持个人健康会带来良好的宇宙效应。我们有能力比历史能回答这个问题吗?没有与人接触,教育就无法完成。对我们的净化,我们需要更加慈悲和有情。当我们在没有愤怒,没有妄想,没有贪婪的情况下以智慧行事时,我们就会知道这是明智的行为並且您将看到它的良好结果。

It is so easy to become depress. When you see that it does make you angry. When you cannot do anything why worry. 

我们容易变得沮丧。当您看到事物确实使您生气。当您无能为力时,请不要担心。

Never take for granted our comfort zone, let us not become complacent. Remember there is anicca, things will change eventually. Prevent unwholesome thoughts to arise. Bearing in mind, anicca (impermanent), dukkha (suffering) and anatha (non self). There is no guarantee that life will be free from all these threes, often times it is due to our own doing. 

永远不要认为我们的舒适区是应该的,不要自满。请记住,anicca,事情最终会改变。防止出现不良思想。请记住,无常(无常),dukkha(受苦)和anatha(无我)。不能保证生活会摆脱这三个方面,通常这是由于我们自己的所作所为。
