Reflecting an experience of not able to let go of a work matter just like a snap of fingers. First the anger arouse then the thought went back to the same matter. Asking myself, why such meagre matter need to be angry and waste time on it. Fortunately meditation helps to to train the mind to be able to let go. Without such training, many of us want to let go but cannot. Because, habitually the mind cling to emotion we are familiar with. Hatre, anger, greed, et. cetera are all too used by us that our mind just cling to it.

Our mind is the fore-runner of our actions, speeches, and thoughts. Please train your mind with meditation. 我们的思想是先驱,它主导我们的行动,言论和思想的先行者。请训练您的思想。我认为静坐是最佳的方法。
回想昨天无法松开工作的经历。首先是愤怒,然后思想又回到了同一件事。问自己,为什么这样的微不足道的事情需要生气并浪费时间。幸运的是,平时静坐有助于训练大脑能够放松。如果没有这样的静坐培训,我们许多人会想太多,当你想的累时想不要想了。但脑却不听使唤一再想,因为习惯上,思维固守着我们熟悉的情感。例如仇恨,愤怒,贪婪等。所以我们的头脑会执着,如果没有给予適当的培训那么就跳不出这个框框。
