It has been long time that I ride an LRT to town or work. Today, I have the opportunity to work with an LRT. It is pleasant with soothing colour of pink of the interior design of the LRT.
A thought of mindfulness came about. It makes me realised that with all the people surrounded in the train, it is easy to be on mindful of our action in the train. Because we are focus on one thing either fixing our eyes on our hand phone or standing holding on to the stand.
